Reiki Drumming:
Awaken Your Spirit for the Equinox
Please join us for a powerful Reiki Drumming experience to celebrate the Spring Equinox!
Reiki Drumming uses Native American Hoop Drums which have been charged with Reiki energy. This meditative, Shamanic-style drumming, combined with Reiki energy, vibrates all the cells in your body, dissolving energy blocks as it creates a deep state of relaxation that promotes the natural processes of healing.
In this relaxed state, powerful Source energy flows more easily into your being in order to manifest what you want to create in your life!
This is a great opportunity to release tension and allow a new, relaxed way of being to flow into and through you.
Laura and Su will guide you through a relaxing and deeply meditative Soul journey to prepare for the experience. We will also incorporate other instruments, along with vocal toning, dance and movement into this event to allow even more energy to flow through your chakras, or energy centers. We look forward to sharing this fun, magical, uplifting event with you as we drum to Celebrate the Spring Equinox!

Naada Yoga:
Explore the Transformative Power of Vibration
📅 Monthly Class | Every 2nd Tuesday
The entire universe is a symphony of vibrations. What we perceive as matter and energy are simply different frequencies in motion—including us. Our bodies are like an orchestra, with the heart, lungs, and other organs each playing their own rhythmic parts. When everything is in harmony, we experience a sense of peace and bliss. But just like any orchestra, we need a conductor to bring everything into balance.
Naada Yoga, the yoga of sound, helps tune us—both within ourselves and with the world around us. This practice isn’t about singing beautifully or performing—it’s about vibration, resonance, and exploration.

Sacred Stillness:
Healing Sound Bath & Heart-Opening Meditation
📅 Weekly Class | Tuesdays at 11am
Join us for a deeply immersive meditation and sound healing session designed to expand your awareness and open your heart to gratitude. In this gentle yet powerful experience, you’ll be guided through a meditation that magnifies appreciation, clarity, and self-love—allowing you to release what no longer serves you and step into a space of openness and expansion.
We’ll conclude with a 30-minute channeled sound bath, using soothing vibrations to integrate your experience, deepen your relaxation, and align your energy. Sound baths use vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to help relax the mind, release tension, and promote a meditative state. This integration phase allows you to fully absorb the benefits of your meditation, deepening relaxation and energetic alignment.
Whether you’re new to meditation or have a regular practice, this session is an opportunity to reconnect, realign, and bask in the limitless light and love that you are.
